Default anyone good with silicone that can give me advice?

hey everyone, so i bought a tank and sump setup the other day and am in the process of setting it up. as i was cleaning the sump tank i noticed some silicone peeling, i've never siliconed a tank but do know the proper silicone to use, can anyone give me some advice on how to fix this? thanks

the best way is to remove all the silicone from the surface but leave the panels stuck together(not taking completely apart) make sure area is clean and reseal the whole tank. thats what i do anyways and just finished doing

thanks for the advice, so u recommend redoing all the silicone not just the couple that are coming apart?

You need to. Old silicone will not seal with new silicone so even if you manage to get it all sealed/leakless, it will likely begin leaking in the near future.
