I just recently got into flying micro r/c helicopters froma company called eflite, and have been having a blast, two of the models I have are "easily" flown indoors, one can even venture outside with the one but I picked up a slightly bigger one as well that is more geared for outside use.
Just wondering if anyone else has tried these, and if so where do you fly?
These things are sure tough as I have crash many a times, but the best part is that you can easily replace every piece of the helicopter from parts at the local hobby store
Just wondering...

Inside large buildings is a good place to start. Quonsets, shops, gymnasiums. Once you get the hang of it, a dead calm day in the back yard or park is a good spot. Stay away from people. That is my biggest concern when flying is hitting an observer.
May have to get back into that hobby one of these days.

Give me a call sometime.........I fly with Regina Windy Flyers out by the Tor and the Murray golf courses. I have flown most things that can fly - I have micro heli's, large gas heli's and everything in between. I have many of the elite products, most work excellent for intro flying in the hobby.

I've flown those heli's a few times at our indoor events in the winter......currently I have the Blade400 and Mcp X from Eflite. Maybe some night we can head to a park - I live in the northwest.

Actually I have flown the Superliner.................good friend of mine did the build of that plane. Not a bad flying plane for a piece of foam.

Yeah my hope is to get a few small plane next summer to try out as well, and the mcpx will be the next heli once I'm better with the others. A lot of fun but challenging...
