hang on skimmer brand??

looking for a good brand for a protien skimmer hang on. whats good and whats not.for a 50 gal F.O.W.L.R tank.

Personally, the only one I think is worth spending money on is a Deltec. The Remoras are good for collecting dust, not skimmate imo, and nothing else is worth mentioning. I say Deltec, or don't bother and just keep up on bigger waterchanges, and a bit more maintenance. What kind of corals are you keeping?

no corals fish only with live rock

In that case definitely go for the Deltec as you will probably end up overstocking your tank, and a good skimmer will help you keep nitrate and phosphate lower.
