flooting brown-green slim

i got a brown-green floting slim on top of my water in my tank does any one know what it is and how to get ride of it. '_'

Any kind of slime floating means you don't have enough water flow and agitation of the surface water. Try aiming a power head towards the surface and or a hang on filter.
