Some off these product will help to keep things under control but will not help once out of control. I would do a major water change. 50% at least. High phos. is usually a sign of over feeding. Once you have the levels down you can use phosban or similer product to help keep it down. People think I'm nuts but all my water changes are at least 50%
I agree with Gary, hit your system with a 50% water change to help reduce levels quickly. After that, try to do small water changes more often. ReefCentral has a neat tool to show how long it would take to change your water over.

Dosing kalk will percipitate the phosphate,or try a resin like phosban, etc, what type of food do you use?overfeeding and lack of waterchanges is most likely the problem.

He has sugar sand, which dosen't help the problem. I've had more problems with that suger sand than I ever did with my crushed coral tanks.

I have sugar sand also. We used Purigen, charcoal and a series of 20% water changes and it's all good. Cut your feeding back a little too.
