Thanks to Gustavo I found a use for my Mag Float! Here I thought they were only good for scratching the glass! :headscrat

A couple globs of epoxy, some black egg crate, and voila!

Hey Myka, if you don't use a mag-float what do you use? Better options?

I use a scraper. The one I'm using now I actually got from PetSmart for like $6. It's not the price that draws me. It's ease of use, and the fact that it doesn't scratch the glass. This dang Mag Float wrecked my last tank from getting loose bits of coralline between the glass and the scrubber side.

Isn't that the point of magfloats? Scratch your tank to make you upgrade? :D

It is pretty nifty.
I haven't noticed any scratches on my glass but now you have me looking.
