Is 1 250W 15,000k intermediate daylight HQI bulb and 2 65W Actinic Blue True 03 PC bulbs total of 380 watts, enough lighting for a 2' X 2' X 2' (60 US gallon) tank?
Will I need to put shades on my fish?
Should I reduce the HQI wattage to 150 watts?

Tank equipped with:
75 gallon wet/dry, 5 gallon hang on ref, Coralife 65 gal Super Protein Skimmer, Coralife 250 gal Calcium Reactor, Filstar XP3 filter (housing 1 10 oz purigen & 2 10 oz Chemi-Pure packs), Phosban Reactor 150 Pro Package (Carbon and Opti-Phos).

And what types of coral would you people recommend I put in this tank?

The lighting that you choose more depends on the type of coral that you want to keep. If you want to keep clams and SPS that would be enought lighting no problems. If you wanted more soft coral and LPS you could reduce the halide to a 150 watt. Remember that a 15,000K bulb is not as bright as a 10,000K but you will get more color.
