nitrates/nitrite

I can't get my nitrates or nitrites to go down. I change about %40 of the water and added biozyme and tested it the next day and nothing. what can I do to fix it??

your nitirtes will have to peak before they go down, basically more of the nitirite eating bacteria have to b born, keep doing your water changes things will wrk out
and check to c what is causeing the upswing new rock, a rotting fish??
