It's about 1cm long sitting on a bag of chemipure, there were about 4 of them on the bag, but this was the largest.

Well if I'm not mistaken it sort of looks like a well used bag of Chemipure with a small round worm on it. Have you been fishing in your tank lately?

Looks like a bristle worm without the bristles. Other than that I've got nothing.

Could be a young bristle worm before the bristles develop
