Well after i transfered my predators into there new 90G home from the 230,my lionfish was acting very strange,almost like he couldnt swim properly.He had his face in the sand and he was straight up and down he looked like he would try to swim but couldnt.He also had a bulge in his lower abdomen,all the other fish made the switch just fine salinity was the same but PH was about .5 lower in the new tank!I acclimated them each for about 1/2 hour.So i dont know what happened but this morning he died! also a bunch of slimy swill came out of his mouth and rear end!Any thought as to what could have caused this?He was like a year old and my favorite fish!The only thing i can think of is that he swallowed some air perhaps and couldnt expell it!I didnt take him out of the water for more then 1/2 second though,so i'm perplexed!Any thoughts?:boohoo:
