purple seaweed

Just wondering if anyone has tryed the dryed purple seaweed. Gave some to my fish and the angels and tang went nuts over it. They like the red and green types but don't react the same with those. Maybe the purple is fermented.

i had the same problem Gary,my fish love the green,like the red, dont like the purple.it seems to be thicker that red or green.i tried soaking it for hour before feeding but the fish were still unhappy with the purple.
