Hopefully some of you great people can help me again lol.

I have layed down my substrate in my 14 gal biocube, salt water is in, picking up the live rock tomorow. The lighting has me confused. There is a 10000K Daylight Compact Fluorescent Lamp
Actinic 03 Blue Compact Fluorescent Lamp
and a Lunar Blue-Moon-Glow LED Lamps

People say the lights should stay off while cycling. But once my tank is up and cycled how long should the lights be on and which lights should be on what times.

This kind of has me confused.

Thanks in advance

This is mostly a personal choice. For years I ran my daylight and actinics together on at 6 am. off at 11pm. I now have my actinics come on at 6am and off at 11pm. The 10ks or in my case halides come on at 8 am. and go off at 9pm. The moon glows are on all night. Some people have the light on for less time but I feed in the morning before work and the like to watch the tanks in the evening. this is why I have the lights on for those hours.
