Built it out of 1/4" Oak and a 1x2" prime pine frame. All the panels come apart for easy transportation. Lightbox has a stainless steel reflector and 4x110 watt VHO lights. I stained it antique mahogany.
Took two days and cost ~400 bucks (not including lighting).

Cheers

I built it for Prince Albert Petland. It's a 230 gallon.

Why only 48" 110W lights not 72" 165W? Just curious.

Richy I used the 4x110 watt's since that's what the owner had on hand and wanted to utilize.
