Hey all...
I just set up a 2 gallon nano for a friend, but I know very little about corals and anemones. My question is, what kinds of small coral or anenomes could I put in that tank? Which are a hardy type? Ones I don't have to hand feed easy to care for..... The lighting is PC, and there is live rock and sand.
Thanks!!

Also, I KNOW it's in the wrong forum, but I would like to buy some frags, loonie or twoonie size, that could survive in a 2 gallon. I just need maybe like 2-3 different or same frags, anyone? Please? I gotta get it all before Christmas, it's a gift.
Cheers!

Prob just some zoo's and mushrooms, anything beyond that in my 3.5 gallon aren't doing that great and zoo's and mushrooms are lacking enough color also.

anemones are a bad idea from what I hear, cause it'll take over your tank in no time. I guess I have some finger leather thats doing good too, and a toadstool, you might be able to get away with a few other things, but like I said nothing will do that well, least nothing in mine is, but who am I...
anemones in such a small tank would be a problem, i use fragged heads of torch coral in my g/f's nano, work awsome already grew 2 new heads, i also have purple xeina, pipe organ green start polyps ect.

i have the 20 watt 50/50 on a 2.5 nano i gave a friend for christmas, looks great! the star polyp in it opened really fast! ill post a piccy when i get a premium membership, but that tanks specs are 2.5g glass aquarium, 2 pounds LR a small candy cane frag from my main tank, and a star polyp fragged from my tank, oh and crushed coral from my established display. looks great so far, for a filter i got top fin 10 hob i might modify it a bit though, there is a little bit of caulerpa in the tank to help with denitrification to. The total set-up gift cost was around 80$ (it was a christmas/b-day gift)
awsome success, awsome star polyp growth, great coral splitting rate
