WTB UV Sterilizer

I'm looking for a used UV sterilizer. I'm hoping this can finally help battle my cyano problem. I'm sick of the darn stuff already. Plus I got a few tangs that like to get ick!

Hey Jason I hope you find a used one ,if not buy a new one a great investment. I know theres mixed thoughts about UV Sterilzers, good and bad. I have nothing but good with mine. I had a Regal Tang and for one month, I thought it was a goner. Ick was so bad. I picked up a UV Sterilzers, and the Regal is so heathy after two weeks, I WOULD not go with out one.

I sent you a PM. In case you didn't receive it look here, it's still available. It did awesome on my 90. I was having ich & algae issues. It seemed to really help.

Both A-1 and cow town have some new cheap U.V.'s. I believe 90.00 and 120.00

A-1 and Cow Town have new U.V's that come with their own pump. $90 and $120 I believe. Look like nifty units. Sorry for the screw up.

any idea on quality size, bulb replacements? vs the ones on J&L

Can't remember. I think the big one was 24 watt. Don't know if you can replace the bulbs.

I asked Morris about bulbs for those at Cowtown and he was not sure and was going to look into it. If I hear anything I'll let you know.
