White foam??

Hi I woke up this morning to find my blue sided fairy wrasse with white bubble in a circle around his mouth I no it is not the ick cause nothing else is effected .Can you tell me if it is countagiuos.I cant find no pics of it anywhere and he to hard to get a pic of.I fed him some extreme garlic this morning . Hope it goes away.

Wrasses will often create a mucus cocoon at night to hide from predators. Is it just some left over mucus? Or is it something else?
