Being new to the Salt water environment I have a couple of questions. In the 1st photo, what the heck are they. If I saw something like that in a fresh tank my best guess would be snail eggs. Does the guy in photo 2 look like it could be the one?
Photo 3 this came on a zoo rock and I can't find anything that looks the same on the net. Anyone know what it is and would you get rid of it? Again my WAG would be some kind of . . .

That snail is a Cerith snail. Yes it is a good possibility those eggs belong to it but I would speculate more on belonging to a Nassarius, if you have any of those snails?

third picture, could be an aptasia (?) anemone. If it is an anemone you may want to nuke it. I'm also in Moose Jaw and have some Joe's Juice that you are welcome to. PM me for phone number and address.

Picture #3.
I also have one of these things on my rock. Its orange with a little white dot in the middle of it.
It open and closes when the lights turn on and off and if you look at it real close it has clear little arms that stick out around the rim of it.
I don't think I'd kill it. It's kinda neat but I'd sure like to know what it is.

Its most likely a type of button polyp (Palythoa) or possibly a zoo (Zoanthid) Aiptasia ussually are clear with some white on them and have longer tentices than the other two. Both of these other two may contain dangerious toxins, so make sure to wash hands after dealing with these guys.
