my fish is sick!

well my singapore angel, is sick hes at the bottom and he has no ich and doesnt look bad , hes got alittle bit of a cloudy eye but has had that forever, he usually is very scard and swims away whe seen, but now hes just stting?, any help would be awsome

Singapore angelfish should be feed 2-3 times a day and sould include spirulina and shrimp. They are a hit and miss species. You should be feeding lots of greens
