No one would drive a Ferrari in Saskatchewan let alone during winter John. But they could have been shooting a movie so I guess its possible. Can't belive you did not chase it down. Now if you had that D70...

ahhh a movie could explain it...I'm suprised I didn't shat my pants when I saw it...and I wasn't at the wheel so I couldn't pull a u-turn and chase it down..like I have a chance with a little 150hp 5 banger anyways..
Was it specifically the F-430 which is your picture, or a just a red Ferrari ... though I hate using the word 'just' ... there are two red kit cars in Regina ... both being 308 GTB's ... the "Magnum P.I." Ferrari to the lamen ... though to be very correct the Magnum P.I. Ferrari was actually a 308 GTS ... roof on 'B' , roof off 'S' ... an authentic Black 308 and an authentic Red 308 as well ... plus someone has a yellow Diablo here in the city ... but ya know, Lamborghini trash.:yeahthat: I'd sell it for a Ferrari .. heh.
When I was in Belgium a few years ago, going to Spa for the Belgian Grand Prix, I travelled Autobahn A1 from Brussels to Spa ... I was passed by 3 360 Modena's travelling all in a row, all in the 3rd lane, all with the throttles 'wide open till ya see god ... then brake' kind of thing. It was simply flickering high beams in my rear view mirror, and an anticipated long look down the side view mirror to see these uber cars blur by. They came from the Ferrari distribution centre in Brussels and were going to Spa as they were part of a display Ferrari was holding in the paddock. I looked down at the speedo of my rental Jetta ... 230Kmph, glanced back at those 3 beauties that just simply pulled away hard into the horizon, smiled and thought ...
eat my shorts Chevy.

There is a ferrari kit car that lives just a few blocks from me. Of course it is a kit car but it is a ferrari. Its an older one tho im guessing mid 90s definetly not as sleek looking as that one but its red and that may have been the one you saw. Also im not sure if it is true or not but the guy that owns provincial auto the one with the yellow hummer also apparently posesses one of those. Not sure if thats just a rumour or true tho. But on a day like today on a sask road even our smallest crack would shatter the shat outta the body of one of those. Is there even metal on them:P gotta stick with the muscle cars baby. Mopar :victoriou

TRUE,those cars are low!I have a FIAT and I think it's like 4" under it!So i'm kindda scared to ruin it!It has metal but parts are hard to come by.I look at it like this Ferrari is like PRIMO Saltwater set-up And Mopar is like yard pond:grlaugh:

well, i was so starstruck I didn't get a great look at it, but things I remember about it in detail: HID headlights with only 1 projector, not 3 (360 modano has high beam and lowbeam + turning signal, f430 has 1 projector+turning) and it had 5 spoke rims, and the center of the rim was really sunk in, I can't remember if it was solid spoke or split spoke...it was definately a newer ferrari..as in 2003 and up.
I saw that lambo on vic ave last summer...another extremely fast head turn and "WTF A LAMBO IN REGINA??"
I mentioned this post to my wife over breakfast this morning .... she said there is a Urologist at the General, she works in Cardiology Sciences, who has been on a waiting list for his very real Ferrari for some time now and was expecting to get it soon. Perhaps his dreams have finally been fulfilled?
Damn .....

.... I know a few people with Ferraris and other exotics... there is a guy in the lumsden area with a "chrome" retirement package... Ferrari... I have yet to see a Lambo in regina!... with the potholes around here i couldn't get around in anything but a jacked up Lambo with 4x4!!... I really couldn't see a person driving a brand new ferrari on these streets not to mention getting anywhere!!!... only time i'd drive one is july/august after the road work is partially done!!...

I went to school with him. Elementry. Hes only 19 years old his bloody gf bought it for him. Rumour has it her parents apparently past away in a car crash and she hit big with the insurance money. I guess he also has a hummer and has an order in for a viper.

Well... I guess it will be up for parts soon ... so very sad ... 360 is definately not an easy car to handle at the best of times with a seasoned driver, let alone left in the hands of testosterone and inexperience ... I'm sure I'd hear arguments how kiddies of today can handle a car of 425 ponies with a top speed of 190Mph ... I've also seen these same wankers with brown streaks in their underwear when trying to do so as well.
I really feel bad for the Ferrari.

There is a very popular Lamborghini website which is based in Regina - the guy who created it and maintains it works for Imagination Inc. The occasional owner drops by Regina to visit Glen Kohut since he is regarded as a key part of the lamborghini `user group'. I'd guess that this car's owner was visiting Glen.

IzzieGee, Viper or Ferrari...To me its a no brainer...Vipers are a dime a dozen...Even in Calgary, Ferraris are a nice site to see...

There are lots at this showroom in Calgary...The guy has some nice stuff...
What a waste of insurance money....Any wagers on how long it will take for her to be broke??

Okay, so you've identified the possible owner already.
So, what's the big deal about a Lamborghini anyway ... Dog River has got ten of 'em from what I've seen! lol

It would make sense that its going to be forsale up there. His dad owns the dealership. Im sure hes already bagged it pretty bad tho. Seen it going at least 100km down vic. Cant imagine that be to good on it. And i got the full story now from a guy that went to school with him. His gfs parents died in a bus roll over in africa when she was 6. At that point she inherited life insurance and then some of the money from the lawsuit laid on the company that the bus belonged to. It ended up being just over $3.4 million. God $3.4million+interested for 13 years=a h*ll of alot of nice cars. But i still cant see why someone would waste that much money on cars. Invest it make the best of it why spend 1 million on your boyfriends cars who may break up with you the next day. But i guess i cant really speak im not the one with god knows how many millions.

Personally, I'd be pretty upset too if I had a Ferrari and everyone was raggin on me for having a hot whip. Too bad the guy's givin it up because of harassment from others.
Hey,
There was an acquaintance of mine driving a 2003 360 Modena Spider last weekend; if it was a convertible, I'm willing to bet it was the car.
