do you run a Skimmer & Filter?

Does any one out there in t.v. land use a skimmer as well as a filter....(say fluval 4plus(with inserts) and sea clone)....or something else like that ?Or just a skimmer?:icon_roll

a big skimmer and a fluval with sponges, chemipure and purigen :D

I run a skimmer of course. Then I use polywool in between the baffles of my sump to catch crap..change often of course. Then I run Seachem carbon/phosguard in a phosban reactor.
