It must have come in with the Live Rock. It’s a brown plating encrusting fungus? You can see through it if the lights right, but it now covers my green star polyp. It’s spreading fast. My Bi-color blennie is not letting it cover his little hole in the middle of the GSP, he picks away at it, not eat it.

I would give a pick but I still don't know how to post pics, they are to big to post. Anyone have Xp and can help. Admin has tried many times, I think I need someone over here to point and click.

It sound like a type of cyno. Take a new turkey baster or power head and see if you can blast it off the star polyps or it will kill them.

Its a hard crusty flakey thing that won't work. If i pull on it, it flakes off.
