Frozen Kick Ich

Can anyone tell me if Kick Ich is still good and NOT toxic if it has been frozen ? The idiots at Canada Post/Express Post stuffed it in out outside drop box instead of bringing it into the building . Lazy bastards I say !

If know one knows for sure, is there a website or e-mail address Ican contact them at ? I haven't had any luck locating it by googling.

Brent maybe try J&L , they should know something about the product they sell. If not maybe they can let you know the maker of Kick ICH, and pass you a number.

maybe it's just me but if there's nothing live in the bottle, how would freezing make it unsafe to use. Freezing something like that won't cause any kind of chemical reaction, or alter the product in any way. I'm 99% sure it completely safe and completely the same as before.

Agreed. If freezing made it inactive or toxic Im sure it would say so on the bottle.
