You're looking at the site, and you see that the times are wrong, well, they're not, but your settings within your controlpanel are incorrectly set.
You need to click on UserCP (top left side of menu) and when in UserCP click on Edit Options, then scroll down and you'll see an option to set the Time Zone settings. Change them to (GMT -6) Central Time USA & Canada, Mexico.
Click on DST Corrections always off.
Then click on Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
That should now make the times display properly.
